The benefits and advantages:
✔ Affordable. Our insulated lime product is marginally more expensive than sand/cement render, but far cheaper than alternative insulation systems such as installing board insulation (kingspan, etc).
✔ Insulating. 20mm of insulated lime render can increase a wall's thermal resistance by 250%. Thermal conductivity is graded as T1 (0.06 W/m.K) (tested to EN 1745:2012).
✔ Breathable. Maintaining breathability is especially important for managing damp and especially a priority in older buildings.
✔ Paintable. The natural finish is a white, natural lime colour, however, this product can be painted to any colour in breathable external paint.
✔ Fireproof. The product is graded as A1 for fire safety (method of testing EN ISO 1182, ISO 1716).
✔ Soundproof. Provides soundproof ability graded as 23db (3cm/500hz) (method of testing EN ISO 10140-2).
✔ Screed. Also available for floors as screed.
